Dr. Papanicolaou, DO

The head of Cornerstone Family Practice since 2000, Dr. George Papanicolaou is a board-certified family physician who brings an excellent background of training and diverse practice experience to our community. After graduating from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1989, Dr. George completed his internship at St. Joseph's Hospital in Philadelphia, and served as co-chief resident of family medicine at Abington Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia. He then joined the Indian Health Service in the Navajo area where he worked for four years as a physician and Director of the Outpatient Department at the Chinle Comprehensive Healthcare Clinic. Dr. "George" is active in his church and enjoys many outdoor activities with his family.

 

 

   
 
   

Becoming a Cornerstone Family Practice patient is easy Just follow these simple steps:
If you're currently enrolled in an HMO insurance plan, call the customer service number on the back of your insurance ID card and tell them you wish to change your primary care provider (PCP).

Print and fill out the Transfer of Medical Records form. Or, if you prefer, call our office at 978.948.3902 to have the form faxed or mailed to you. After youíve completed and signed the form, forward it to your current PCP so that they can send us your records.

Fees & Billing Our fees reflect the type of visit and the complexity of your medical condition. We try to keep fees as reasonable as possible and ask that you make payment at the time of your visit.
